Something is not working correctly w/the Forum.

RxForum time seems screwed up, hour ahead. Also, when I hit "New Posts" it says to wait 3550 seconds. And, when I posted a reply to an existing thread it posted it above the previous posts by two spots. ??? Bizarre.
